Exterior of entire hotel has been painted since last year. Room i stayed in has been painted recently, new colorful sun blocking window treatments, new blankets, pillows and sheets, brand new AC /heater unit. Really comfortable bed and pillows. I looked for, and found no evidence of bugs. The management of this hotel has always been very friendly and helpful. Always a pleasure to stay here.
The room was nice, clean and cozy. The staff was amazing and try to accommodate our needs as much as possible. I would love to stay here again if I'm visiting NJ in the future!
Your getting what you pay for. Lax, laid back and centrally located. AC has strange smell, but overall decent. Pool is nice, more seating would be preferred. I am giving it a 4 out of 5 because it is exactly what I expected and needed, for the price. Will stay again if traveling on a budget!
When i booked this place it was our last resort option and i was nervous reading all the terrible reviews. Yeah the place itself was definitely dated but it really wasn’t too bad. I booked 3 rooms, none had bed bugs, all seemed clean (despite the slight musty smell), and the beds were comfortable. It’s not a bad location as long as you’re willing to drive to the beach and other places. The manager was the best part of the place hands down. He’s the reason i’m giving it 4 stars instead of 3. This place is great for a weekend getaway which is what we did and it turned out great.

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor pool. Great service. And very good location. Front desk person SRAVAN is very nice and friendly. He is available at anytime. He is Rockstar. Good for vacation. Luxury rooms.
Had low expectations due to other Rodeway locations I've stayed at in the past...this location is nothing like them. Great staff, great location, beds and linen were notably way way better quality than any other Rodeways. Stand Out location among the others in the franchise within NJ
